The Community Resource Collective is working to launch a community‑rooted center where vulnerable individuals and families can access the support, resources, and relationships they need to feel safe, connected, and supported. Our work is grounded in deep partnerships, real community knowledge, and a commitment to meeting people exactly where they are — whether they’re navigating substance use, mental health challenges, trauma, housing instability, or simply trying to get through the day.
We’re not starting from scratch. We bring trusted relationships with treatment providers, harm‑reduction programs, community‑based organizations, and housing agencies across Pontiac and Oakland County. These partnerships allow us to move quickly, coordinate effectively, and deliver services that reflect the realities and strengths of the people we serve.
We build stability, resilience, and belonging by bringing people, services, and support together under one roof. Through peer‑led guidance, community education, and coordinated access to essential resources, we help individuals and families meet immediate needs, build long‑term stability, and feel connected to a community that cares.
The Community Resource Collective is here to close gaps, build trust, and create a place where hope is visible and connection is real. Together, we’re building a future where every person — especially those most vulnerable — has access to the support they need, without barriers, without judgment, and without having to navigate the journey alone.
Our vision is ambitious, but our approach is strategic. We’re launching quickly and expanding in intentional phases, ensuring every step strengthens Pontiac’s support ecosystem, generates economic development, and honors the community’s voice.
The Community Resource Collective is more than a center — it’s a commitment to hope, connection, and community strength. Donors, partners, and community members play a vital role in expanding access to recovery resources and ensuring every person in Oakland County has the support they need to thrive.
Together, we can build a future where recovery is visible, accessible, and supported at every step.
